Places provide the backdrop to events, the site for buildings and the environment in which people are born live and die. But places do not remain static – they change over time and have their own history.
In recognition of this, and in keeping with the 50th anniversary of our founding, Cleveland and Teesside Local History Society will be presenting information about fifty places in Cleveland and Teesside.
